Newsletter #6

First off let me say, "Wow!"  We have so many new members and the number of submissions has gone up so much. Lets not forget how awesome the art has been too. I have also cleaned up the New This Month folder and added some more art to the Featured folder. If anyone feels the need to comment on who or what is in the featured folder please send me a personal note. I'm always open to feedback from the group Minions.

Next off I want throw a little attention to freyj.deviantart.com/ and some of his work starting with freyj.deviantart.com/art/Final…  Remember Minions if any of you are doing something even for another group or participating in a contest were you need votes let me know and I'll send out an A.M.E.N. alert.

Final item is in regards to the annual contest. I'll probably not send out the rules and start date till the 1st of July. I'm having trouble securing a first place prize. Minna was so busy that getting another watercolor from her was out of the question (and I even begged really good, well I thought I did). I also lost the contract I had for one of my jobs. So money for the group is short. I was able to write off cash spent on the group as sponsorship because I was self employed. I will be needing to schedule a surgical procedure soon too (don't worry nothing big). So I hope you all are not too upset if I put off the contest for a month later.
